Yep! You ladies are right! Alivia is Picture A and Arabella is Picture B. You are lucky. Many people got it wrong! Arabella guessed it wrong at first too... then she noticed the boppy cover was different in her picture.
I'm guessing A is Alivia and B is Bella??
